Poem Published in Carmina Magazine

The September 2024 issue of Carmina Magazine is currently live and contains my poem "Ratri and the Grieving Botanist." The poem is a reprint, having first appeared in Eternal Haunted Summer back in 2021. This newer version is better, I think, than the original, and perhaps warrants a fresh read. My latest chapbook, A SACRIFICE TO KILOOLOOGUNG , has just been published in a pillar of smoke from my trusty wood-burning stove. It is not available in stores, at readings, or online. It is a very limited edition of zero copies. Please join me in celebration of this new release as it dissipates into the winter sky forever! The next time you have a fire of your own, think of what might have been, and thank humble Kilooloogung* that its contents will never be known. The end of a career? A new beginning? Appearance in New Documentary

In other news, I can be seen speaking briefly in The Last Wolf , the long-awaited documentary about fantasy and horror writer Karl Edward Wagner . My appearance is near the end. The film is currently available to rent or buy at Vimeo . An official DVD release is forthcoming.
